Friday evening saw us have a couple of pints locally, then sit out in the garden with beer and curry\/kebab. <\/p>\n
Saturday involved taking my bike for a service, taking Mom out to lunch, then ordering lots of stone chippings, pausing on the way back to buy a wheelbarrow (and assemble it while swearing lots), then popping out for yet another curry<\/i> (taking my weekly curry total to 4) with friends.<\/p>\n
Sunday saw said stone arrive: the Garden<\/a> needed a refresh, and the drive was running low too, as 10 years of wear has crushed and compacted it. 3.5 tonnes of it takes some shifting, but a kindly neighbour helped, so we’ve managed to sit about a fair bit, and the rain held off until about now.
