Local’s pub on a thoroughfare. This was on my way back to my hotel, and I dropped in for a swift pint. Friendly enough, and pleasant enough- a nice place for a quiet pint, but my West Midlands beer price index got upset by the £3.85 price for a pint- though that was unfair, as elsewhere in town, prices were higher.
Backstreet pub, just off the seafront. Friendly barman, several pumps of real ale, and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere when we visited, decent music loud enough, but not too loud, prices OK too.
Charming little seafront pub with decking outside offering views of the sea and pier. Some great real ale and craft beer/cider, inclding some unusual stuff. Friendly barman, and OK prices given the location.
