Lower Forester St, Walsall:
Just outside the town centre, this is a pleasant two-room Victorian pub. One room is given over to food, but I’ve never tried it. The other room has entertainment at times, but is otherwise pretty quiet. There’s usually an execellent choice of decent beer, and there’s cobs, which as we all know is a true indicator of a decent pub.
