Birmingham City Centre:
Famed for it’s real ale, there’s a huge choice at this pub just up from New St, and they’re all well kept. It’s packed at lunchtime, being near the middle of the business and financial centre, but they all bugger off soon enough, leaving a nice city pub with good atmosphere.
No food, but you can bring your own, and they’ll provide cutlery/crockery. Rumour has it there’s a resident cat, but he wasn’t about.
