Bridgnorth, Shropshire

Big Marston’s town centre pub, apparently originally two pubs now joined together. I was going to say spoons-a-like, but it’s not quite that; there seems to be entertainment at the weekend- so it’s a typical town centre pub that you can imagine it would be a bit “vibrant” at the weekend when full of the local youth.

As it was, it was quiet, the food and beer were both fine if unexceptional, and the staff were friendly, and the building was fairly historic, though that could be said for every pub in the town.
