I got this in the post today from the British Red Cross:
It’s trying to persuade me to pay £10 a month to help out the needy.

Am I way off mark here, or have they just spent a good proportion of the first £10 packaging up the following items:

* A badge
* A bookmark
* 4 cards and envelopes
* Some personalised stickers
* A leaflet & reply envelope
* a pen

?

I’m really not inclined to give you money, sorry, if the best thing you can do with it is piss it up the wall sending me tat. Unsolicited tat as well. Apparently I should pass it on if I don’t want it. So, does anyone want some tat from a charity that evidently have too much cash?

It’s a sad state if this really is the best idea they have.
