Today we left on the journey back, calling in at Canvey Island. Blimey, it’s a dump. Sorry for anyone that lives there, but the seafront is a nightmare, despite a few Deco buildings and some turd-polishing by the council. We went to look at Labworth Cafe, but it was dissapointing close up, and the local road system is a nightmare too, especially the A130/A13 Junction.

We left, calling in at Audley End on the way, as a much better stop.
