Looking forward to seeing what (if any) their response will be.
It may be just me, but I feel that the type of letter you’ve penned is often not understood by the majority of menials that are left in charge of dealing with the mail from Joe Public.
Let’s hope it falls onto the desk of someone who is not only capable of taking it in, but also that will reply with their own letter rather than a previously constructed template.
I don’t have high hopes. My Mom recently complained about the moved buses fiasco, and got a standard letter back. Having said that, the combined public pressure has seen the buses move back.
I also emailed the letter to local councillors, including the ones on WMPTA.
