My trip was to attend a course on Callpilot which, (cutting through the marketing bollocks) is a voicemail system, which you can also use to make those lovely phone menu things (Press 1 for sales, 2 to be cut off, 3 for no help at all) that everyone loves.
Part of the course was to set up a pretend menu system for a pretend company, and the people next to us did

‘Spank You Lightly- your one stop shop for all your latex needs’

with appropriate menus and voice prompts.

They seemed all too professional- as if this was something they did regularly. Being as this was a course for IT types I wonder if the web shop will appear?
