  1. They must be stupid if they don’t respond to that. Mind you, Enterprise have dug up Hereford Town Hall three occasions breaking the link to the colleges so don’t hold your breath…

  2. I may be wrong here, but surely it is VM that you should be confronting with the evidence together with strong suggestions that they seek costs from Enterprise.

Is it really up to you (the consumer and 3rd party) to get the guilty to admit they are at fault?

Like I say, I don’t know the full story so feel free to tell me to shut the f

  3. You could try a Major orton tactic and not pay VM until they restore the service. As Hoipoloi suggests, that would put the onus on VM rather than Enterprise.

A more extreme measure if it happened on your property would be to sue them for criminal damage, but you’d need a witness statement probably to make them take notice. Just a thought….

  4. @hoipoloi:

VM have compensated me for their problems- the long delays and terrible callcentre. I now want Enterprise to compensate me for the inconvenience in the first place.

It will all seem clearer if I publish the previous letters to Virginmedia and Enterprise. Just to be clear, the VM support group does exist, but moved when VM took over.

I’d love it if VM reclaimed their costs from Enterprise, but I doubt they will. If you cut your own cable, they will charge £75 for a tech visit. I reckon in total the visits to me will be worth several hundred quid.
