Been up north to the Wigan area on business. Yet again, there’s 40mph limits around Thelwall Viaduct (carrying the M6 over the Ship Canal) as they repair the bridge. It seems like ‘Fixing the Thelwall Viaduct’ could replace ‘Painting the Forth Bridge’ as a description for an endless task.
